SCRAPALICIOUS WEDNESDAY BLOG HOP!!

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Welcome to the VERY FIRST Scrapalicious blog hop! Today I have some fabulous news, I was selected to be on the team over at the amazing online scrapbook store, Scrapalicious USA!!!! There are 6 super talented ladies joining me on this new team and below you will find all of their blogs, in case you want to go over and follow them ;) Super talented ladies if you ask me!!
If you came here from ultra terrific Gerda then you are on the right track. If you
stumbled upon my blog, then you should head to Scrapalicious' blog to begin the fun!

We will be having an AWESOME weekly challenge for you to participate in, and win fantastic candy, at the Scrapalicious blog every Wednesday starting May 4th, 2011.

Before I show you my Introduction project, let me introduce MYSELF! My name is Jenni, I have been married 2 years to the love of my life, I have an 11 year old step son and an 8 year old Yorkshire terrier! Those, along with my love for paper crafting, are the things that make me SMILE! This is my first time on a design team and I couldn't have asked for a better group of girls! They are the BEST!!
So, please join us on this adventure as we all make new friends and share with you some wonderful inspiration.

And onto my project for this week!

I thought this was the perfect introduction layout for me since this is my first Design team and essentially the first blog hop I have been involved with!
So it only seemed fitting to have a layout entitled "Spread your wings and FLY!"

This Gorgeous paper is from the My Mind's Eye "Lost and Found" collection
and can be found at Scrapalicious USA for a GREAT price!!

You can see the beautiful detail on this paper didn't need much, but a few final touches helped finish this layout!!

I hope you enjoyed! Please remember to comment and I'd love for you to become a follower!

Here is the lineup of ladies in case you get lost along the way.

Altered Birdhouse using a Crackling Effect

Enjoy! And don't forget to come back and visit  my blog on Wednesday for some really fun NEWS!!! :-)

Fun Rosettes!

These super fun Rosettes are a huge rage right now in the paper crafting industry but what kind of crafter would I be if I didn't figure out how to make my own! These are so incredibly simple and versatile! The possibilities are endless! I am going to work on a tutorial later today to post. But for now, enjoy these photos of a couple I made last night!
